Attrition
The table below provides specific information on the progress of students admitted in the last 10 cohorts. Of the 91 students who started the Ed.S. program during that time, 60 have graduated, 26 remain in the program, 1 chose to shift to Baylor’s PhD program in School Psychology, and 5 discontinued the program due to personal reasons.

Internships
During the past 10 years, a total of 87 students sought school based internships. All students (100%) found an internship the first year they applied, and all positions were full time, paid, and conformed to NASP guidelines.

Licensure
While we do not collect data on the number of students who obtained the licensed specialist in school psychology credential (or its equivalent credential in other states), 100% of the students in the past 10 cohorts passed the Praxis School Psychologist exam, which is a requirement to obtain school psychology licensure in all states.
